Ignazio), and the welcoming and magical nature of the park, will enable you discover a unique corner of paradise in the Ferrara countryside. Ornella and Anna invest their passion and skill in welcoming and entertaining the Guests.
“My choices for Le Pradine came from my dream. Bringing to life on a large scale what I had done as a child in my grandparent’s garden in Bergamo. Chopping and stacking winter firewood, looking after the chickens and rabbits, walking in the woods looking for hidden animals and digging up potatoes from the fields. Children get closer to the land more easily, not just because they are smaller but also because they are simpler and more honest. These facts gave life and strength to the decision to leave my beloved homeland and put roots down in the great Ferrara plain. My friendship and close bond with Anna favoured the choice of an Agriturismo.”

In every season, from the clear and sunny days of spring to the muffled and foggy winter evenings, a sense of colour, the flight of a heron, the crowing of the cockerel, the rustling of the breeze, will all encourage you to enter the natural world of our land with interest, taste and astonishment. We are pleased to offer our Guests the chance to immerse themselves in a working farm that also tries to be an example of a happy coexistence between agriculture and nature. S. Ignazio is often the setting for open-air wedding lunches, framed in the countryside. It is one of the most evocative parts of the whole estate, in the shade of a large poplar plantation bordered on one side by a woodland filled with trees and bushes typical of the area, and on the other washed by a stream with large willows along the banks. Its charm is emphasised by the presence of several ancient ruins, reworked and adapted to be used for ecological purposes and landscaping.
